Peru Ayacucho Folk-Art Nativity Set – 6 Pc Clay Figures
Charming six-piece handcrafted nativity set from Peru, created in the traditional Ayacucho folk-art style and offered here unmarked. The group includes Mary, Joseph, the infant Jesus resting on a leafy cradle, and three accompanying animals. Each figure is hand-formed in clay and painted in warm earth tones with geometric motifs characteristic of Andean textile patterns. The serene, closed-eye expressions and matte finish reflect the aesthetic of Ayacucho village workshops active in the late 20th and early 21st century.

CONDITION
