This vintage Dremel Deluxe Moto-Lathe, Cat. No. 701, is a compact precision lathe designed for detailed turning in woods, plastics, and soft metals. Maker marked and complete with its original box, this set features the correct Model 700, Series 1 motor manufactured by Emerson Electric in Racine, Wisconsin, exactly what accompanied the 701 kit during its late-1960s to 1970s production period. The unit includes its tailstock assembly, tool rest, motorized headstock, and power cord, all shown clearly in the photos. Originally marketed for model shipbuilding, miniatures, toys, and hobby crafts, it remains highly collectible among tool and model-making enthusiasts.
