Cherie Gamboa Copper & Mixed-Media Sculpture, 2009

This intricately crafted standing spirit figure is composed of hand-formed and embossed copper panels accented with leather, fur, and natural feathers. Inlaid glass beads, stone, sterling silver, and ceramic details provide depth and dimension, emphasizing Gamboa’s distinctive fusion of metalwork and organic materials.
