Set of 4 Kütahya “Çini Fb.” Hand-Painted Plates & Mugs, Turkey
A colorful four-piece Turkish pottery set by Çini Fabrika, Kütahya, featuring two handled mugs and two matching decorative plates. Each piece is hand-painted in the traditional Iznik-inspired style, showcasing intricate floral and geometric motifs in rich tones of cobalt blue, emerald green, rust red, and yellow on a white glazed ground. The plates display radiating arabesque medallions, while the mugs are adorned with scrolling vines and stylized blossoms. All pieces are impressed on the underside with a triangular “Çini Fb. Kütahya Turkey” mark.
An elegant and vibrant example of 20th-century Turkish ceramic artistry—ideal for collectors or display in an eclectic or Mediterranean setting.
Condition
Very good overall with no structural damage. Minor signs of shelfwear; one plate shows two small glaze imperfections near the rim, as shown in photos. Glaze surfaces remain bright and stable.
