Historical Note:
The Milady pattern was introduced in 1940 by Oneida Community Ltd., an American company with an exceptional story. Originally founded in 1848 as a utopian religious society in Oneida, New York, the group evolved into a cooperative manufacturer and, by 1880, a joint-stock company. By 1899, their “Community Plate” line had become a hallmark of quality silverplate in America.
Condition:
Good condition overall, showing light surface wear consistent with age and use. The silverplate maintains a bright, reflective finish, while the original wooden case is sturdy with mild wear to the velvet lining. Includes original Community Plate Guarantee documentation, as shown.

Storage case approximately 4" x 18.5" x 11.75"
