Antique Dazey Red Bullet Top Butter Churn
Classic Dazey No. 20 hand-crank glass butter churn, featuring a clear ribbed jar marked “8MO” and a steel lid stamped “259-352.” The churn is fitted with original wooden paddles and a matching hand-turned wood crank handle, all topped with a distinctive red-painted dome cap. A fine example of early 20th-century American kitchenware, this model was produced by the Dazey Churn & Manufacturing Company of St. Louis, Missouri. The Dazey Company manufactured its line of glass butter churns from approximately the 1910s through the early 1940s, with the No. 20 model representing a mid-size household version. Their churns became a standard in home dairying across the United States during this period.
Condition:
Good condition overall, showing oxidation and age-appropriate wear to the metal and wood components. The glass jar remains clear and free of cracks or chips. Crank mechanism turns smoothly. Please review all photos for details.
