Handcrafted table lamp by Melody Ballard for Berrie Creative Lighting, Arizona. Signed on a metal tag affixed to the top of the shade (No. 2719). This imaginative piece features a sculptural shade constructed from recycled and kiln-fused glass fragments in vibrant hues of blue, green, amber, and white, individually wired into a free-form mosaic pattern. The base is cast resin with ornate gilded detailing, complementing the lamp’s handcrafted aesthetic. Includes an LED bulb that slowly rotates through colors, illuminating the textured glass with shifting light effects.
Melody Ballard has created eco-conscious lighting since 2009, repurposing glass into functional art under her motto “Glowing Green — one shade at a time.” Her work has been exhibited at regional art festivals and featured on Fox 10 Phoenix’s “Made in Arizona.” A striking, one-of-a-kind example of sustainable artistry and modern craft design.
