Vintage Sears® Craftsman® Transit Level — Model 789.46266 w/ Original Case
This is a Sears / Craftsman Surveyor’s Transit Level, model 789.46266, in full working order. The kit includes its original molded yellow carrying case (labeled with the same model number) and, in many similar examples, a tripod and plumb bob (please specify what your set includes). The instrument features brass fine-adjustment screws for horizontal and vertical motion, leveling bubble vials, and a clear optical telescope with crosshair reticle.
Condition:
Good vintage condition. Fully functional and tested. Optics are clear with no visible internal haze. Adjustment knobs move smoothly. Paint shows expected wear for its age. The original case shows minor scuffs but remains solid and closes securely.
