Elegant Howard Miller “Millennium Edition” tambour mantel clock, featuring a German-made Hermle 340-020A movement housed in a Colombian-crafted hardwood case with a rich cherry finish. The refined arched design presents a white dial with Roman numerals, ornate black hands, and a polished brass bezel. Maker-marked on the dial and movement, this clock embodies Howard Miller’s precision craftsmanship and timeless design sensibility from Zeeland, Michigan.
Equipped with an 8-day Westminster chime (quarter-hour and hour strike), the mechanical movement features jeweled pivots and a balance escapement for smooth operation. Fully tested and functional, the clock keeps accurate time and produces a warm, resonant chime. A winding key is included. An attractive and reliable accent piece for mantel, shelf, or office.
Condition:
In good, fully functional condition. Tested and confirmed to keep good time with a clear chime. Visible scuffs to the watch face and minor surface scratches to the case, primarily on the curved top, as shown in images. Brass components retain mild, even patina. Very solid overall presentation with all parts intact and working smoothly.
