Nambe Copper Canyon Ice Bucket & Pitcher Set by Lisa Smith — MT0148 & MT0255
Elegant Copper Canyon serveware set by Lisa Smith for Nambe, crafted circa 2006. This sculptural pair includes the ice bucket (MT0148) with matching pitcher (MT0255), both in polished copper with oxidized bronze wave reliefs and turquoise-green patina accents. Each piece bears maker’s marks to base: “Nambe ©2006 Lisa Smith” with corresponding model numbers.
The set exemplifies Nambe’s modern organic design language—undulating forms inspired by canyon landscapes, achieved through contrasting finishes of mirror-bright copper and textural oxidation. These pieces were part of Nambe’s celebrated Copper Canyon collection, valued for its artistry and craftsmanship. Ideal as both functional barware and striking decorative display.
Condition:
Good overall condition with visible scuffing, oxidation, and surface wear consistent with age and use. The ice bucket interior shows a water ring and light oxidation; both pieces exhibit shelf wear to bases. The natural patina and color contrast remain attractive and intact. No dents or structural damage noted.
Dimensions:
- Ice Bucket (overall with handle): 11" H × 7.5" Dia.
- Pitcher (overall): 10" H × 8.5" W × 3.5" D
Please Note: Soup for Scale in Photo
Both pieces are maker marked to base:
- Ice Bucket: “Nambe MT0148 ©2006 Lisa Smith”
- Pitcher: “Nambe MT0255 ©2006 Lisa Smith”
- Designed for Nambe’s Copper Canyon collection, introduced mid-2000s and prized for its undulating, patinated wave motif evocative of Southwestern landscapes.
