Apple Think Different “Yin Yang” Poster – iMac G3, 2000, Framed
Original Apple “Think Different” advertising poster featuring the rare “Yin Yang” design with two iMac G3 computers in Graphite and Snow, positioned in balance against the yin-yang symbol. Produced for Macworld New York in July 2000, this striking piece marked the introduction of new iMac G3 colors and was distributed only to Apple dealers and event attendees—never sold at retail. The lower right is marked © 2000 Apple Computer, Inc., confirming its authenticity as a true period original.
The Think Different campaign (1997–2002) played a pivotal role in Apple’s resurgence, celebrating creativity and bold design. The iMac G3, designed by Jony Ive under Steve Jobs’ leadership, became an icon of that turnaround, making this poster a meaningful collector’s item that embodies Apple’s cultural and technological rebirth.
Presented in a black frame with plexiglass front, this poster retains strong display presence with Apple’s iconic logo and slogan at the base. Rarely offered on the market, it is a standout piece of vintage Apple advertising history.
Condition:
Good condition overall. The poster shows slight waviness in isolated areas, visible under close inspection. Plexiglass front has scratches and scuffs, and the frame exhibits scattered surface wear consistent with age. These factors do not detract significantly from its display appeal. Please review photos for details.
