1896 Morgan Silver Dollar – Philadelphia Mint – .900 Silver

This listing features an 1896 Morgan Silver Dollar struck at the Philadelphia Mint. The reverse features a heraldic eagle with outstretched wings clutching arrows and an olive branch, surrounded by a laurel wreath and the inscriptions “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” and “ONE DOLLAR.” The absence of a mintmark below the wreath confirms its origin from the Philadelphia facility.
