Rexcraft Boy Scouts of America Official Brass Bugle with Mouthpiece
Offered here is a vintage Rexcraft Official Bugle, issued for the Boy Scouts of America and stamped with the BSA emblem and motto “Be Prepared.” Crafted from solid brass, this regulation-style bugle features the classic looped body with a flared bell and comes fitted with its mouthpiece. These bugles were standard equipment for scouting ceremonies, camp calls, and parades throughout the mid-20th century, making them both a nostalgic keepsake and a collectible piece of American youth history.
The instrument retains its authentic patina with surface wear, tarnish, and oxidation consistent with age. The “Rexcraft – Official Bugle – Boy Scouts of America” engraving remains clearly legible.
