Fitz & Floyd Classics 2004 Old Fashioned Christmas Santa Cookie Jar – Model 19/257
From the beloved Fitz and Floyd Classics Old Fashioned Christmas collection, this large 2004 Santa Cookie Jar (model 19/257) captures the nostalgic magic of the holiday season in exquisite detail. Handcrafted and hand-painted in fine ceramic, the jar depicts Santa Claus in a richly textured red suit, lovingly holding a bulging green sack tied with sculpted red rope. The sack overflows with vibrantly colored toys, including a teddy bear, jack-in-the-box, toy train, bunny, zebra, drum, books, and festively wrapped gifts. The sack’s embossed pine bough motif and Santa’s rosy-cheeked expression are hallmarks of Fitz and Floyd’s artistry. Originally retailing for around $385 and now discontinued, it is highly sought-after among Fitz and Floyd collectors. Each jar was individually crafted, ensuring slight variations in paint and detail that make every piece unique.
Condition:
Good, Jack-in-the-box has previously repaired right arm. Several minor touched-up chips to lid (not noticeable).
