Royal ROYALITE Portable Typewriter w/ Leather Case & Manual
Royal “Royalite” ultra-portable, late 1950s–60s, made in Holland. Low-slung two-tone gray shell with sculpted “gullwing” ribbon covers; cream square keycaps set in a glossy black key bed; chrome carriage-return lever; ROYAL badge on the hood and “ROYALITE” on the paper table. Includes maker-marked saddle-tan leather carry case with rounded corners, brass clasp, and burgundy lining stamped “ROYAL – Made in Holland.” Original instruction booklet, warranty card, factory inspection sheet (Machine Nr. 48025570), and fresh test page included. Compact, stylish, and ready to write or display.
Condition
Good and fully functional; test-typed. Keys show light age toning; scattered scuffs and small nicks to body; chrome bright. Case exhibits age-appropriate wear with rubbing/abrasions and patina to hardware; interior fabric lining shows visible water marks/waviness as photographed. Zipper and handles intact.
