Offered here is a 4‑piece accessory set from the iconic Spode “Christmas Tree” pattern, first introduced in 1938 and produced in Stoke-on-Trent, England. Designed by Harold Holdway, the pattern features the famous decorated Christmas tree topped with Father Christmas, surrounded by gifts, holly, and mistletoe, framed with a green border. This design has been a holiday favorite for over eight decades. Crafted from durable earthenware, these items are also marked dishwasher, microwave, and freezer safe, blending festive charm with functionality.
All pieces bear the S3324 pattern designation, the most widely produced version post‑1959, recognized for its green edge band and underglaze decoration on the Regimental Oak shape. The backstamps confirm individual codes:
S3324‑A10 for the trivet
S3324‑A7 for the spoon rest
S3324‑C for the candle holders
Condition
In good condition. The candle holders show light crazing, while the trivet and spoon rest remain free of chips or cracks. The Christmas tree motifs and green edging are vivid. Campbell’s soup can shown in photos for scale.
