Spode Christmas Tree Oven-to-Table Set – Quiche & Divided Oval Dishes, Boxed
A festive 2-piece bakeware set from Spode’s iconic “Christmas Tree” pattern, handcrafted in Stoke-on-Trent, England since its debut in 1938. Designed by Harold Holdway, this enduring pattern features a Christmas tree topped with Father Christmas, surrounded by gifts and accented with a traditional green trim—a hallmark of holiday tradition for over 80 years.
The set includes:
A 9-inch round quiche dish with its original box.
A 1.75″ × 11.5″ × 8.25″ oval divided serving dish, also with original packaging.
Both pieces are clearly backstamped:
“Christmas Tree – Oven to Table – Reproduced from Hand Engraved Copper Plates – Produced Since 1938 – Spode England.”
During the late 20th century, this pattern was produced on the Regimental Oak shape and identified under pattern number S3324, known for its green band edge. The Christmas Tree line remains Spode’s most collected holiday series, prized for both its nostalgic charm and practical oven-to-table use.
Condition
In excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or damage. The tree motif and green edging remain vivid. Both dishes come with their original packaging.
