Description

Wüsthof Classic Knife Set — Models 4582, 4603, 4512 — 6″ Blades

This offering includes three authentic Wüsthof Classic knives—#4582, #4603, and #4512—each with a 6″ (16 cm) blade. The Wüsthof Classic line is the brand’s most popular and widely respected series, featuring traditional triple-riveted black handles, full-tang construction, and precision-forged blades.

Each knife is crafted in Solingen, Germany, known as the “City of Blades,” using a 40-step manufacturing process that combines high-tech forging with hand finishing. The blades are made from Wüsthof’s proprietary X50CrMoV15 high-carbon stainless steel, and laser-sharpened for long-lasting edge retention and a precise 14-degree cutting angle.

Model 4582 is a chef’s knife ideal for general chopping and slicing, 4603 is a flexible boning knife perfect for trimming meat or poultry, and 4512 is a utility-style knife that may also be categorized as a small Santoku. All are part of the Classic forged line and marked with the Wüsthof logo and model numbers.

Condition:
Good condition with visible signs of use. Blades are sharp. Light surface wear and handle scuffing consistent with age and normal kitchen use. Logos on #4603 and #4512 are clear; #4582 shows some fading. No major damage or chips. Please see photos for details.

Dimensions:

  • Blade length (each): 6 inches (16 cm)
  • Total length: Approx. 11.5–12 inches (varies by model)
