Vintage Cranberry Stained Glass Punch Bowl Set – 14 Pc w/ Tray & 12 Cups
Lovely 14-piece vintage punch bowl set featuring cranberry-stained pressed glass with a bold geometric starburst pattern. This mid-century set includes a large scalloped-edge punch bowl, matching 16-inch serving tray, and 12 handled cups. The cranberry color is surface-applied (stained), not fused into the glass, and each rim is accented by a thin gilt band.
Stylistically reminiscent of Early American Pattern Glass (EAPG), this set was likely produced in the mid-20th century during a revival of classic patterns. The molded glass features crisp raised designs and elegant ruffled edges, making it ideal for festive gatherings or vintage-inspired decor.
Condition:
In good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear. There are no chips or cracks. Some finish wear/loss is visible on the cranberry staining and gilt trim, particularly along the bowl’s rim (see final photo). Light surface marks present consistent with normal use.
