Handmade Stoneware Bean Pot — Speckled Glaze, Double Handles
This hand-thrown stoneware bean pot features a classic double-handle design and a snug-fitting lid with a central pull. Decorated in a warm, two-tone speckled glaze, the body transitions from a creamy sand color to a deep reddish-brown near the base. The surface displays light ribbing from the wheel-throwing process, adding a tactile, artisan quality. Likely produced during the mid-20th century American studio pottery movement, this unsigned piece reflects the rustic-modern aesthetic popular among independent makers of the 1960s–1980s.
Condition:
In excellent condition with no cracks, chips, or repairs. The glaze remains rich and even, with natural speckling and surface variation consistent with handmade studio pottery. Please see photos for detail.

Height: 7 inches
