Houston Llew Spiritile No. 097 “You Rock” – Retired Glass on Copper Wall Tile
This is Spiritile No. 097 titled “You Rock”, created by enamel artist Houston Llew using his signature technique of kiln-fired glass on copper. The artwork showcases a bold vintage-style microphone on a vivid blue background, framed by the phrase “YOU ROCK” in bold red lettering. Along the edges, a quote by Bob Dylan reads:
“May your song always be sung and may you stay forever young.”
The artist’s name is impressed along the top edge, and the back is fully marked with the edition number, title, and Llew’s hallmark stamp. Released in 2011 and officially retired in 2017, this piece is now a sought-after edition in Llew’s collectible Spiritile series.
A heartfelt tribute to musicians, performers, or anyone who inspires, this tile can be displayed standing or wall-mounted.
