Pair of Antique Iron Wagon Wheels – 20" Diameter, 8 Spokes Each
This pair of antique iron wagon wheels offers a classic example of early utilitarian craftsmanship. Each wheel measures approximately 20 inches in diameter and features 8 sturdy iron spokes radiating from a solid central hub to a 1¾-inch wide rim. Likely dating from the early to mid-20th century, these wheels were possibly part of a farm cart, small utility wagon, or industrial equipment.
Constructed from solid iron, both wheels display surface rust and a naturally aged patina, with visible oxidation enhancing their vintage aesthetic. Together weighing approximately 15 pounds, they make excellent candidates for rustic décor, repurposed furniture bases, or garden and landscape accents. A Campbell’s soup can is shown for scale, emphasizing their compact but striking presence.
Condition:
In good condition overall, with age-appropriate wear, oxidation, and surface rust consistent with long-term outdoor use. Structurally sound with no cracks or major deformations. Authentic patina contributes to their vintage appeal.
