Amphora Wall Pocket Trio – Signed Juan Lopez, Large Cutaway Pottery
Set of three oversized ceramic amphora-style wall pockets, each with a dramatic front cutaway revealing the vessel’s interior. The largest piece is signed “Juan Lopez” near the handle; the other two are unsigned but match in style and construction. All three display weathered surface finishes that mimic the patina of ancient ceramics, with looped handles and gently tapering forms inspired by classical Mediterranean amphorae. A Campbell’s soup can is shown for scale, underscoring their substantial size and visual impact.
Condition:
In good condition overall, with outdoor weathering and signs of prior display. The largest vessel has a noticeable chip along the top rim. All three are structurally sound, with intentional surface wear consistent with their aged aesthetic.
