A large and visually captivating Chinese hardstone flowering tree, likely mid-20th century, composed of hand-carved blossoms and foliage made from semi-precious stones including rose quartz, carnelian, jadeite, and serpentine. The flowers are intricately shaped and wired into a sculptural form, with branches rising from a mineralized trunk base and set in a carved pale green jadeite planter.

Often referred to as “gemstone trees” or “Ming Trees,” these pieces are steeped in Chinese symbolism. Condition:
