Pair of vintage Mexican folk art “Tree of Life” candelabra, handcrafted from terracotta clay with a warm natural finish. Each piece features a stylized tree form sprouting from an animal-shaped base—likely representing a deer and a goat—with arching branches adorned by birds, floral motifs, and fruit-like buds. Two candleholder cups are integrated into each sculpture, blending functionality with decorative appeal.
These charming, rustic sculptures reflect traditional techniques associated with central Mexican pottery, particularly from Metepec. Their compact form and folkloric imagery make them ideal accent pieces for collectors of Mexican art or lovers of handmade ceramics.
Condition:
