A pair of hand-thrown and hand-painted studio pottery vessels, each exhibiting strong form and expressive glaze work. The taller bottle-form vase features a speckled ivory glaze with organic drip motifs in earthy green, ochre, and rust tones. The second vessel is a broad-shouldered jar with brushed slip decoration over a variegated brown glaze, showing rhythmic banding from the wheel-thrown process.
Both pieces are unsigned, emphasizing their artisanal, one-of-a-kind nature. They demonstrate refined craftsmanship through balanced proportions and subtle surface textures. Ideal as sculptural decor or functional art in a modern rustic or wabi-sabi-inspired interior.
