Exterior

Finished in Old English White, the car received a professional bare-metal repaint with a three-stage cut and buff by L&M Custom Paint & Body in Las Cruces, NM. Chrome bumpers with overriders, brightwork, and black-painted knock-off wire wheels with chrome spinners complement its classic Mk I styling. A black vinyl soft top is fitted and in very good condition; a factory hardtop is included but requires finishing to match the fresh paint.

Interior

The cabin is trimmed in red upholstery with correct panels, a period-correct banjo steering wheel, clean dash, and new kick panels and window winders. Switchgear and gauges are present and functional.

Drivetrain & Mechanical

The believed-original 1.8L inline-four has been fully resealed with fresh gaskets, seals, and a cleaned overdrive filter screen. A new alternator and modern fuel pump have been fitted for reliability. The car starts easily, idles well, and drives confidently with good oil pressure.

  • Full receipts for parts, paint, and labor included
  • Handwritten daily work log documents mechanical refresh and to-do completion
  • Fresh classic-profile tires mounted on knock-off wire wheels
