This complete weightlifting set includes two 48" EZ curl bars (10 lbs each) and a total of 90 lbs in cast iron weight plates. The set features 6 x 10 lb, 4 x 5 lb, and 6 x 2½ lb plates, compatible with standard spin-lock bar ends.
