Large Mexican Tin & Talavera Cross Candelabra — 25", Freestanding Folk Art
This freestanding cross sculpture blends traditional Mexican tin craftsmanship with vibrant Talavera tilework in a bold devotional or decorative form. Standing 25 inches tall, the piece is designed with a sturdy base and includes a built-in candle holder, making it a functional and eye-catching accent.
The cross is constructed of hand-tooled tin featuring scalloped and repoussé ends, with detailed embossing throughout. A central column of Talavera tiles in classic cobalt blue, yellow, and white floral patterns adds vibrant contrast and regional flair. Condition
