A pair of hand-forged knives, each crafted from repurposed farrier's rasps—a high-carbon steel favored by blacksmiths for its durability. One knife features a smoothly contoured hardwood handle, while the other boasts a naturally aged stag antler grip, stamped with the initials “HS”, likely denoting the maker's mark.
Both blades retain the characteristic rasp texture on one side, with the opposite side ground smooth, tapering to a sharp point. The full-tang construction ensures strength and balance, with the tangs secured by metal pins. The stag-handled knife includes a scroll-style pommel, adding both aesthetic appeal and functional utility.
