Buck 124 Frontiersman Knife — 12" Fixed Blade w/ Sheath, Hand-Engraved
This Buck® 124 Frontiersman fixed blade knife is a classic heavy-duty model, renowned for its robust construction and bold clip-point blade. Measuring 12 inches overall, it features a 7-inch stainless steel blade stamped “BUCK 124 USA.” The contoured black phenolic handle is paired with a polished aluminum guard and pommel, complete with lanyard hole.
The knife comes with its original black leather sheath, marked “124” on the back and fitted with a snap-closure belt loop. Long discontinued, the 124 remains a sought-after model among Buck collectors and outdoor users alike.
Condition
Good condition overall with some wear from use. The blade edge is sharp and intact. The handle shows light surface wear and small chips along one side. A prior owner has hand-engraved the name “Hardin” on the blade, which is considered a cosmetic flaw. The leather sheath exhibits moderate scuffing and edge wear but remains functional and secure.
