Kodak Brownie Hawkeye Flash Camera – 1950s Bakelite Box Camera with Flash Attachment

Offered is a vintage Kodak Brownie Hawkeye Flash Model, produced between 1950 and 1961. Designed by Arthur H. Crapsey, this camera features a sleek Bakelite body and was a staple for amateur photographers during the mid-20th century.

Key features include:

  • Lens: Single-element meniscus lens (approx. 81mm focal length)
  • Shutter: Rotary shutter with instant and bulb modes
  • Viewfinder: Waist-level brilliant finder
  • Film Format: 620 roll film, producing 12 square 6x6 cm images per roll
  • Flash Compatibility: Accepts Kodak pin and screw flash attachments

This model includes the original flash unit attachment, complete with a large aluminum reflector and an early Sylvania flashbulb still installed.
