A luxurious set of four Ajka “Florderis” cut to clear crystal wine goblets, designed for Godinger and handcrafted in Bohemia, Hungary. This celebrated line showcases deeply cut floral and fan motifs, symmetrically arranged around rich jewel-tone overlays in ruby red, cobalt blue, emerald green, and amethyst.
Each goblet is made using the traditional cased crystal method: a layer of vibrant colored glass is fused over clear crystal, then expertly hand-cut to reveal brilliant patterns beneath. The clear stems are tall, faceted, and finely textured, adding sculptural presence and enhancing light refraction.
Condition
In excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or repairs. The cutting remains crisp, and the colored overlays are vivid and unmarred.
