Description

Antique 2-Man Logging Crosscut Saw – 50" Blade, Wood Handles, Circa 1900s

A classic example of early forestry tools, this antique 2-man crosscut logging saw features a 50-inch curved steel blade with lance teeth and original wood handles. Measuring 53.5 inches overall, it was designed for efficient two-person operation in felling large timber. The blade shows a rich, aged patina with visible surface oxidation, and the handles retain their rustic character. Its impressive scale and authentic wear make it ideal for collectors, restorers, or as a standout wall display in a cabin, lodge, or workshop.

Condition

In good vintage condition, showing age-appropriate wear. The blade has uniform oxidation and some minor pitting, but remains structurally sound. Handles are firmly attached and show expected scuffs and weathering. No breaks or repairs observed.
