Description

Tigua Indian Handmade Mesquite Cross by Marty Silva – Beaded, Turquoise, 17.75"

Handcrafted by Marty Silva of the Tigua Indian Tribe (BIA #725-87-2012), this striking wall-mounted cross showcases rich cultural artistry and symbolism. Constructed from mesquite wood, it is wrapped in supple leather and adorned with vibrant red, turquoise, and black glass beads. A turquoise stone pendant is suspended at the center of a dreamcatcher-style hoop, accentuating the spiritual design.

The wood tips are carefully pyrographed, lending a final handcrafted touch. A loop at the top makes it easy to hang.

A Certificate of Authenticity issued by MVES will be included upon request by the winning bidder.

Condition:
Good condition overall with light wear consistent with handcrafted items. Leather and beadwork are intact, and decorative elements remain firmly attached. No remarkable damage observed.

Size:
Overall: 17.75 x 12.75 x 1.8 inches
