This distinctive pair of Russian porcelain feline figurines was created by the renowned Lomonosov Porcelain Factory (LFZ) in St. Petersburg. Both pieces are stamped in red with the classic Cyrillic “ЛФЗ” and “Made in Russia,” identifying them as post-Soviet era works—likely from the 1990s or early 2000s.
The caracal, measuring over 8 inches long, is sculpted in a poised seated pose with its characteristic tall ears and smooth spotted coat rendered in warm tan and black tones. The companion cat features a more compact and whimsical form, with alert ears, soft painted features, and a curled posture.
