This charming cold-climate duo by the Lomonosov Porcelain Factory (LFZ) of St. Petersburg includes a sleek penguin and a seated polar bear—each clearly marked with the red Cyrillic “ЛФЗ” and “Made in Russia” stamp, indicating post-Soviet era production (circa 1990s–2000s).
