This listing is for a vintage CM Model B manual chain hoist puller, manufactured by the Chisholm Moore Hoist Division in Tonawanda, New York. This is a mechanical lever-operated hoist rated for a 6-ton load capacity, designed for industrial lifting, pulling, and tensioning tasks.

The hoist is manually operated via a 21-inch ratcheting lever, and includes a robust steel chain and forged hooks. The casting is marked with several identifiers, including Alcoa 16674, 16679, 16680, and Serial No. B82625, indicating specific part references and the production lineage. The lower block is clearly marked “6 TON.”

The CM Model B series is an earlier line of hoists from Columbus McKinnon, known for their rugged design and reliability. It is comparable in function to later CM models such as the Series 640 and 653.
