Heiwa Custom Waider-2 Pachinko Machine — No. 401, Vintage
A vintage “Custom” model Waider-2 Spread Square Sure pachinko machine by Heiwa, Machine No. 401. Likely dating from the mid-20th century, this classic Japanese arcade game features a colorful mechanical playfield with bold graphics, chrome accents, and retro plastic detailing. The machine is labeled “Custom” in the upper left and marked “Heiwa” on the front panel, adding to its collectible appeal.
Constructed from wood, metal, and plexiglass, the machine includes its launch lever and various integrated mechanisms. Comes with approximately 120 original steel balls. A striking display piece and a strong candidate for restoration or repurposing.
Condition:
In non-operational condition and incomplete, sold as shown. The plexiglass is chipped at the top right, the wood frame is wobbly, and keys are absent. Visible scuffing, scratches, and oxidation throughout. Mechanisms are untested. Despite wear, it retains strong visual character and restoration potential.
