This Whittier Wood “Prairie City” Queen Panel Storage Bed (Model 1253AFLSOb) offers a blend of timeless Craftsman design and practical functionality. Constructed from North American white oak solids and veneers, it features a Summer Oak finish that enhances the natural grain. The platform-style frame is designed for use without a box spring and includes six full-extension dovetailed drawers—three per side—set on heavy-duty ball bearing glides.
The bed’s mission-style profile is accented with mortise and tenon joinery, 1½" thick headboard and footboard panels, and subtle curved legs.
