This vintage Big Green Egg chiminea is a rare original model. A three-piece outdoor fireplace, it features a bulbous cast iron body with a signature green porcelain glaze, separating into base, midsection, and chimney for easier transport and storage. The set includes a removable wrought iron stand, original mesh spark screen with wood handle, and metal fire tool.
Manufactured in the early era of Big Green Egg’s product line, this piece draws inspiration from traditional Mexican chimineas and was only produced for a limited time. Its sculptural silhouette and durable, heat-retentive construction make it a striking and functional patio centerpiece. These original chimineas have become increasingly collectible—especially in complete condition with accessories intact.
