1990 Secundino Sandoval 'Northern Rio Grande Apple Field'
Titled Northern Rio Grande Apple Field, this 1990 print by New Mexican artist Secundino Sandoval depicts a serene springtime scene of a blooming orchard and rustic farmstead set against a soft Southwestern landscape. The artist’s name appears printed lower right with the date © 90 and the initials “W.H.S.” Rendered in warm, earthy tones, the composition reflects the cultural heritage of the Southwest. Sandoval, known for his realistic and semi-fictional landscapes, studied under Randall Davey and Leslie Burtenshaw, and was an active member of the Los Alamos Art Association and Arts Council The print is presented in a double-matted oak frame behind glass.
Condition:
Good condition with moderate signs of wear. Artwork shows visible UV fading. Frame and matting are intact with light wear consistent with age.
