This Le Creuset enameled cast iron wide Dutch oven, also known as a buffet casserole or braiser, is a 7.25-quart model in classic Cherry Red (Cerise). Made in France, it features a broad cooking surface, low sides, and a domed lid with a black phenolic knob—ideal for browning, braising, baking, or serving straight from oven to table. The sand-colored enamel interior ensures even heating and easy cleanup.
The base is marked “Le Creuset Made in France,” and the underside of the lid is stamped with “32,” “7 1/4 US qt,” and “France.” This size is highly versatile, perfect for slow-cooked meats, stews, or one-pot meals.
Condition:
