Bodo Hennig Vintage Dollhouse Miniature Cast-Iron Stove, "Puppenherd," 1:12 Scale
This is a vintage Bodo Hennig dollhouse miniature cast-iron stove, known as "Puppenherd," crafted in 1:12 scale. Designed with unrivaled attention to detail, it features functional opening doors and drawers, ornate gold-tone embellishments, claw feet, and a removable stovepipe. This piece was handcrafted in Germany by Bodo Hennig, a renowned toymaker from the Ore Mountains who trained at the prestigious Staatliche Spielzeugfachschule (National Technical School for Toymakers). Produced by his company, "Drei Könige – Qualitätsspielwaren," founded in 1950 in Bavaria, these stoves are highly collectible and prized for their superior craftsmanship.
The stove is accompanied by cast-iron accessories, including a kettle, skillet, and iron, making it a perfect addition to dollhouses, room boxes, or miniature collections. With the company ceasing operations in 2002, these heirloom-quality items have become increasingly rare.
