Condition:
Fair condition. The set is very comfortable and there's lots of life left in them, however the ottoman shows seam separation on the cushion top. There is a tear in the leather on one side of the chair's headrest, as shown in the final photos. Both pieces show signs of normal everyday use, including minor surface wear and scuffs, consistent with age. These issues are not visible, but are present.
