Stewart-Warner Broadcast Receiver / Post-WW2 Tuner Model C51T1
This vintage Stewart-Warner C51T1 Broadcast Receiver, produced in the post-WW2 era, is a collectible example of mid-20th century American radio design. The radio operates at 117 volts and 30 watts, and features AM radio frequency tuning. Its cream-colored casing houses a retro-styled dial face, marked with Stewart-Warner's signature. The casing shows signs of age with minor paint loss, and appears to have been repainted at some point in time. The back panel clearly states "Do Not Connect To Ground" as a safety instruction. Tube locations are specified on the internal chassis diagram, and the radio includes the following tubes: 35Z5GT, 12SA7, 12SK7, 12SQ7, and 50L6GT. Overall, the unit has been tested and is in good working condition, offering a nostalgic look and functional value for radio collectors.
