Condition:
- Hutch Condition: Good overall, tested and functional lighting. Some finish wear to the bottom portion, primarily on the top surface of the buffet. Some of the shelves have minor chips to the edges and corners, but it remains functional and in place - these chips are not visible once installed.
- Buffet Condition: Good, with some wear and scratches to the top surface of the buffet (visible when the hutch is not in place). The lower portion is in excellent condition with minor wear consistent with age.
