This vintage Atlas Powder Co. No. 6 Blasting Caps Mining box, sourced from a New Mexico mine in the Silver City area, is an excellent piece of mining memorabilia. Originally manufactured by the Atlas Powder Company in Wilmington, Delaware, this tin box was used to store 100 blasting caps, essential for controlled detonations in mining operations. The box is now empty and inert, making it perfect for display purposes.

The striking red and brown design features the Atlas globe logo and essential safety warnings like "Handle Carefully" and "Keep Dry, Keep Fire Away," reflecting the dangerous nature of the blasting caps it once held.
