Vintage Illinois Powder Co. Blasting Caps No. 6 Box – 100 Count
This is a vintage Illinois Powder Mfg. Co. No. 6 blasting caps Mining box, designed to hold 100 dangerous caps. The box features vibrant red and yellow graphics with important safety warnings clearly displayed, such as “Do Not Transport or Store with High Explosives” and “It is Dangerous to Crimp Caps with Your Teeth.” The Illinois Powder Mfg. There is also some handwriting scratched into the bottom of the box, reading “Jessica, Christmas Money,” possibly a personal note.
Please Note: This tin is empty and contains no explosives or blasting caps.
Condition:
- Good condition for its age, with minor wear, scratches, and some signs of handling.
- The box structure is intact, though the surface shows some scuffing, primarily at the edges.
- Please note the handwriting scratched into the bottom of the box, reading “Jessica, Christmas Money,” possibly a personal note.
