19th Century Chinese Snuff Bottle With Scenic Landscape & Poetic Inscription

This elegant antique Chinese snuff bottle features an exquisite combination of finely detailed carvings and ink-painted scenes. One side depicts a peaceful riverside landscape with mountains in the background, a boat gliding across the water, and a serene sky. The reverse side features an inscription translating to: "Old Friend Xi Jie Huangzhlo, The Solitary Sail's Shadow Disappears In The Blue Sky, Only The Yangtze River Skyline Liquid Can Be Seen." This poetic verse complements the tranquil scenery, evoking a sense of calm and reflection. The snuff bottle includes a traditional stopper with an integrated spoon, maintaining the piece's authenticity.
